"I was tired of getting yelled at" is a common theme in this industry, but it has not deterred ER nurse Madalyn.
Madalyn got a degree in business and was managing moving theaters (where she was getting yelled at) when she decided to go back to school for nursing (and get yelled at there instead). An accomplished student, she has her associates, bachelor's, and master's, but she's currently working towards her doctorate while working in the ER, while also being a nurse instructor! She has her hand deep into nursing, she thrives on the chaos, and she loves what she does. A refreshing dose of someone trying to make a change to bullying in nursing, making it a safer profession, and teaching new grad nurses with kindness!
Take a listen and if you're considering going back to school for nursing, then this ER nurse may be able to help you make the decision!
