Mike Brumagin is a U.S. Army veteran and a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, class of 1989. He is the co-founder of Battle Monument Group, a private real estate investment firm that specializes in single-tenant net lease properties. Mike earned the Bronze Star for his leadership during Operation Desert Storm and has over a decade of experience in building and managing national restaurant franchises. His firm has acquired more than 100 properties across 20 states, focusing on mission-critical retail tenants such as Dollar General. Mike has successfully raised eight funds through relationships with veterans and private investors, emphasizing trust and long-term value in his investment strategy. He aims to scale Battle Monument Group's portfolio to over 500 properties and is positioning the firm for a strategic REIT exit.
