ABOUT THE GUEST Lucy Ingram I'm married to my 'ride or die' Steph, we've been together for 15years and we live in Plymouth, Devon with our crazy, asbo french bulldog Cersei. The military brought us to Plymouth back in 2019 and Steph is still serving in the Royal Navy as a GP. I left the military back in 2022 after 21 years service to go full time into property - we started a R2R business just after we moved to Devon 2019, just in time for COVID to kicked off (doh) but somehow ended up scaling from 0-50 units in 6 months. Learned a lot and replaced my military income which gave me the confidence to leave, but in all honesty became a busy fools! Moved into developments and took on an old 500sqm care home, set in half an acre and converted into 7 apartments - sold them all but kept the best one for us ;-) Small portfolio of SAs mainly in Plymouth but all outsourced now - our last project was a block of flats which we completed in 2024. Over the last 18months started a high performance coaching business The Riding High Movement helping entrepreneurs and business owners create a life of happiness and success from learning the art of energy generation - 1-2-1s/group programmes.
