Nickie Sanlin is the Director of Volleyball Head Coach for the McKendree University Men's Volleyball Team which she started from scratch in 2014. For ten years she coached both mens and womens volleyball teams at McKendree while also serving as an athletics administrator. This past season McKendree, a Division II school, was the champion of the Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association with a 13 and 3 record finishing ahead of traditional DI powers Ohio State and Ball State. Coach Sanlin has leveraged her confidence, influence and vulnerability to have a positive impact on the young men and women who represent McKendree on the volleyball court.

Doc Widman is a performance psychiatrist and mindset coach who has worked with coaches and teams Nebraska, Creighton and Florida.
