Penn State women's volleyball NCAA DI Champions coaching team building leadership stage 2 breast cancer Final Four MVP

Penn State head women's volleyball coach Katie Schumacher-Cawley and Final Four MVP Jess Mruzik join Terry to discuss a season that would make a great script for a Hallmark Movie. For Penn State to prevail, several things had to happen: They had to learn from regular season losses to Pitt and Wisconsin. They had a must-win situation in late November when they had to beat Nebraska to host a Regional Championship. They had to come from behind 16-22 in the fourth set of the semifinals in Louisville to continue playing, and they had to rally around their head coach when she was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in September. This is their story, brought to you by Humanex Ventures.
