## Podseeker Database

Podseeker Database is the complete podcast outreach workflow for PR professionals: find relevant podcasts, evaluate client fit, organize targets, create pitches and campaigns, and manage replies and follow-ups.

### Grow - $99 per month

Grow is the starting Database plan for PR professionals and small teams.

Included each month:

- 3 team members
- 200 high-fit podcast recommendations
- 400 initial pitches
- 5,000 podcast exports
- Contact enrichment for up to 400 podcasts
- 100 concierge contact lookups when no email is available

Grow includes:

- Full podcast database
- Unlimited search and advanced filters
- 200+ outreach topics
- Host and producer contact information when available
- Recent episodes, topics, audience data, and similar podcasts
- Client Fit and Pitch Score
- Client-matched podcast recommendations
- Personalized pitch drafting
- Individual pitches and scheduled campaigns
- Gmail and Outlook sending and reply tracking
- Unlimited follow-ups and replies
- Shared media lists, clients, podcast notes, pitches, campaigns, and activity history
- CSV export with podcast, contact, audience, and booking information

## What Counts Toward Database Usage

### Pitches

Each initial email sent to a new podcast counts once toward the monthly pitch allowance. Follow-ups, scheduled follow-ups, and replies in the same conversation are unlimited and do not count as new pitches. Trying a different recipient for the same client and podcast does not create another pitch charge. A bounced initial email does not count toward the allowance.

### Recommendations

Each new podcast recommendation delivered for a client counts once toward the organization's recommendation allowance. The first 10 recommendations created with a new client and later sets of up to 25 use the same shared allowance. Previously delivered recommendations remain available in the client's history without counting again.

### Podcast Exports

The export allowance counts podcast records written to CSV, not the number of CSV files downloaded.

### Contact Enrichment

Contact enrichment runs an additional research process to look for direct hosts, producers, bookers, and their contact details. One enrichment can return multiple contacts. It does not limit access to contacts already in the database. Results are not guaranteed for every podcast.

### Concierge Contact Lookups

When no email is available, a Database user can ask Podseeker's data team to research the podcast. A lookup is a research request and does not guarantee that a contact will be found.

## Database Trial

- 3 days
- Credit card required
- Starts on the Grow plan
- Includes the first client-matched recommendation batch when a client is created
- CSV export is disabled during the trial to prevent abuse
- The customer can start the subscription immediately from Billing to enable exports
- Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge

## Podseeker API - $99 per month

The API is for programmatic podcast search, full podcast profiles, known contacts, and contact enrichment.

Included:

- 2,000 API credits per month
- Pay-as-you-go overage at $0.05 per credit
- Search by topic and filters
- Full podcast profiles with available hosts, audience data, demographics, and booking information
- Known podcast contact information
- Direct-contact enrichment
- API key management and usage reporting

Credit costs:

- Search request: 1 credit
- Podcast-detail request: 1 credit
- Contact enrichment: 10 credits
- Enrichment status and usage balance: free

If enrichment fails or finds no direct contacts, the 10 credits are automatically refunded.

### API Trial

New API customers receive 100 free credits. The API does not use the Database product's 3-day time-based trial.

## Database and API Billing

Database and API are separate products with separate subscriptions and usage allowances. An organization may subscribe to either one or both.

- Database seats, pitches, exports, and enrichments do not convert into API credits.
- API credits do not provide access to Database seats, campaigns, or pitch quotas.
- Adding API does not change an existing Database subscription.
- Upgrades are prorated and charged when changed.
- Subscription changes and cancellation are managed inside the Podseeker application.
