For years, some law enforcement agencies have replaced the faces of traditional playing card decks with images of missing and murdered people and distributed those cards in prisons hoping inmates would come forward with information needed to crack these cold cases wide open.

Now, audiochuck is dealing you in.

Each week, we will be working with investigators and family members to bring you the details of some of the coldest cases from around the country in hopes that someone listening can finally bring these victims the justice they deserve.

Donna Martin murder Boca Raton David Miller cold cases Florida Crime Stoppers

Our card this week is Donna Martin, the 8 of Hearts from Florida.

Donna Martin was stabbed and killed in her own home in south Florida back in 1999. And police believed that the man who may have killed her was the very same man who had turned Boca Raton into a hunting ground. But police have been unable to pin Donnas murder on him. That suspect even went to prison for other crimes, but now hes a free man. And police believe solving Donnas murder could help save other women in Florida.

  • If you were attacked in the Boca Raton, Delray Beach, or Deerfield Beach areas in the 1980s or 1990s, and you think you may have been a victim of David Miller, you can call Crime Stoppers of Palm Beach County with tips at 1-800-458-8477 or reach out to Sgt. William Springer at [email protected].
  • Police are also interested in speaking with anyone who believes they may have had something stolen by David Miller that could have been recovered in the search of his property or who may have seen Miller around Donnas apartment complex the evening of her murder.

Our card this week is Robert "Bob" Christian, the 4 of Spades from Wisconsin.

In the Fall of 1977, Bob was just weeks into his freshman year at UW-Madison. He was a math whiz with a knack for computers and a big heart. At 18-years-old, there was no telling how far he’d go.

But no one ever expected to be asking the question… Where did he go? Yet here we are almost half a century later, with that burning question and just a string of bizarre clues that leads many to believe an infamous serial killer could be to blame for his disappearance.

  • Today, Robert “Bob” Christian would be 65 years old. At the time of his disappearance, he was 5’10” and 210 pounds. He had brown eyes, shaggy brown hair, and wore eyeglasses. Kyle Seidel missing person murder investigation cold case Waterford Police Department

Our card this week is Kyle Seidel, the 5 of Diamonds from Connecticut.

Kyle Seidel was a 34-year-old dad to three young kids when he went to pick up Chinese takeout the Friday night before Christmas in 2012. His wife expected him to be gone for only about 20 minutes… but Kyle never came home again. A violent encounter on his way to the restaurant cut his life short. For 12 years, Kyle’s family has been left to wonder why Kyle pulled into a bowling alley parking lot on the way to the restaurant, who he encountered there, and why they shot him. Investigators think they know who pulled the trigger, but they don’t know the why… they’re hoping that just one new piece of evidence could help them find answers and bring his killer, or killers, to justice.

  • If you or anyone you know has information about Kyle Seidel’s murder, please call the Waterford Police Department tip line at 860-437-8080 or call Waterford detectives directly at 860-442-0645 or 860-442-9451.
