Analytics
Understand outreach results, booking timing, and performance by client and campaign.
See how outreach turns into bookings
Open Analytics under Track in the sidebar to review initial pitches, interested conversations, and bookings. Choose Team analytics for your organization or My analytics for pitches you own. Select a date range and client, then click Apply.
The default view covers the previous four months plus the current month. The eight- and twelve-month options also include the current month. Data through shows the reporting cutoff in Eastern Time. Today’s outreach is excluded.
Read the monthly table
Each row groups pitches by the month outreach first began. Follow-ups do not create another initial pitch or move it into a later row. Earlier months before outreach began are omitted; quiet months after outreach began remain visible.
| Initial pitches sent | New outreach started in the row’s month. Follow-ups are excluded. |
|---|---|
| Month 1 | Bookings confirmed during the month outreach started. |
| Months 2–4 | New bookings confirmed in each following calendar month. These counts are not cumulative. |
| Month 5+ | All bookings from the fifth calendar month onward, through the reporting cutoff. |
| Total bookings | All detected bookings for the pitches in that row. |
For example, March outreach with 4 bookings in March, 1 in April, and 1 in August shows 4, 1, 0, 0, 1 → 6 total. The August confirmation belongs in Month 5+ of the March row.
A zero means no bookings in that elapsed period. A blank cell means the period has not been reached. The current month is partial. Unknown means a booking lacks a reliable confirmation date, so its timing cannot yet be shown confidently.
Understand the booking date
Podseeker analyzes email conversations for recording acceptance or active scheduling. It uses the earliest supporting acceptance email available. If that exchange is missing, a later email confirming the interview or publication can provide the best available confirmation date. The date comes from that email, not a recording or publication date mentioned in its text.
Analytics uses detected email outcomes. Manually marking a pitch Booked or Declined manages your workflow and does not by itself change these analytics. Detection can change as conversations develop or historical evidence is reviewed.
Bookings can take two or three months to develop, and some take longer. Compare older outreach with recent outreach using the time each has had to generate results.
Compare clients and campaigns
By client and By campaign break down the selected outreach. No client assigned groups pitches without a client; Individual pitches groups outreach outside a campaign. A breakdown appears when there is an assigned client or campaign to show. Campaigns are ordered by latest outreach, with up to 100 shown by default.
Interested, not yet booked counts conversations currently showing interest among the selected pitches, excluding bookings. Lifetime bookings ignores the selected date range but keeps the Team/My scope and client filter. It can therefore exceed the table total.
Click a linked count to see the pitches behind it, then open a pitch to review its conversation. A monthly booking count opens that timing period; a row’s total opens all bookings for that outreach month.
