Client profiles
Add context for fit scoring and personalized outreach.
Create a useful client profile
You can search, save, and export podcasts without a client profile. Create one when you want Podseeker to evaluate client fit, personalize pitches, suggest additional matches, or organize outreach in a campaign.
Open Clients, select Add client, and describe the person your team represents.
- Name
- The person your team will pitch.
- Website
- Optional source for background and positioning.
- Client profile
- Bio, credentials, topics, proof, audience value, and interview angles used to personalize pitches.
What to include
- Credibility: relevant roles, results, books, research, awards, or lived experience.
- Speaking topics: specific subjects they can explain with authority.
- Conversation angles: timely or counterintuitive ideas that can carry an interview.
- Audience value: what listeners will understand, avoid, or do differently afterward.
- Boundaries: topics, industries, or show types that are not appropriate.
Too broad
“Technology entrepreneur available to discuss business and leadership.”
More useful
“Bootstrapped SaaS founder who can explain how small teams reach profitability without venture funding, including pricing and retention lessons.”
Keep profiles current
Update the profile when the client launches a book, changes positioning, adds proof, or wants a new angle. Future recommendations and drafts will use the revised context; existing sent emails do not change.
