Mailboxes

Connect Gmail or Outlook and keep sending healthy.

Connect the address you use for outreach

Open Account → Mailboxes and connect Gmail or Outlook. Podseeker sends from that real mailbox, so hosts see your name and address and replies also arrive in your normal inbox.

Gmail

Authorize the Google account that should send pitches and synchronize its conversations.

Outlook

Authorize the Microsoft account that should send pitches and synchronize its conversations.

Choose the sender when you schedule

Pitch templates control the writing; they do not choose the sending address. Create the campaign drafts first, open the campaign workspace, and then select the mailbox when scheduling. If only one mailbox is connected, Podseeker selects it automatically.

Aliases depend on the provider

Verified Gmail Send mail as aliases appear as sender options. Outlook aliases are not currently discovered as separate sender choices; connect the Microsoft mailbox whose address should send the campaign.

What the connection enables

  • Send from your own address rather than a Podseeker-controlled sender.
  • Keep replies in the original thread when sending and following up through Podseeker.
  • Synchronize sent and received messages so pitch status and next actions reflect the conversation.
  • Stop scheduled follow-ups after replies when a legitimate response is detected.

If a mailbox disconnects

  1. 1. Open Account → Mailboxes. Confirm which sender shows a disconnected or attention state.
  2. 2. Reconnect with the same provider account. Approve the requested access and return to Podseeker.
  3. 3. Review affected scheduled pitches. Confirm that the mailbox and future send times are still correct.
  4. 4. Avoid sending a duplicate manually. Check the provider's Sent folder and the pitch thread first.

Healthy sending starts outside Podseeker

Use a properly configured domain and mailbox, send relevant outreach at a reasonable pace, and monitor replies. Podseeker organizes and schedules the work; it cannot make irrelevant or unwanted email safe.
