Templates and drafts
Create reusable outreach and review personalized drafts.
Customize how every pitch is written
Pitch templates let your team reuse a consistent structure while controlling how much Podseeker personalizes for each podcast. Choose AI Merge when you want contextual writing, or Mail Merge when you want your exact wording preserved.
AI Merge
FlexiblePodseeker combines your instructions with the client profile and each podcast's context. Text inside flexible fields can describe what you want the AI to write.
{{explain why this guest fits the audience}}
Mail Merge
Exact copyYour words stay exactly as written. Podseeker only replaces supported fields with values such as the host name, podcast title, client, and sender.
I would like to introduce {{client_name}}.
Use AI Merge as a writing brief
Keep the repeatable facts, structure, tone, and call to action in the template. Use flexible fields to tell Podseeker where and how to personalize for the selected client and podcast.
Keep consistent
- • The client's positioning and proof
- • The main conversation angle
- • Tone and length
- • The call to action
- • Sender name and signature
Personalize per podcast
- • Host name and podcast title
- • A relevant episode or theme
- • Why this guest fits the audience
- • The most credible angle for this show
- • Contact-specific details where available
Subject and body are separate
Choose the campaign subject after the body template. Use merge fields only where the underlying information is reliably available, and keep the subject direct enough that it still reads naturally after personalization.
Hi {{host_first_names}},
{{ reference a relevant recent episode or theme }}
{{ connect the client's expertise to this show's audience }}
Templates do not choose the sender
A template controls the pitch copy. After the campaign drafts are created, open the campaign workspace to select or connect the Gmail or Outlook mailbox that should send them.
Review before drafting the full set
- 1. Confirm the client facts. Remove claims that are vague, outdated, or unsupported.
- 2. Check the interview angle. It should offer a conversation, not a biography or sales pitch.
- 3. Read the subject with sample podcast names. Watch for repetition or awkward merge-field output.
- 4. Check the sender and signature. The recipient should immediately understand who is reaching out.
- 5. Select Create N drafts. The button shows how many individual drafts will be created.
Personalized does not mean ready without review
Read a representative set of drafts—especially high-value shows, unusual contacts, and podcasts with limited recent context—before scheduling the campaign.
