Create a campaign

Select a client and review who should be pitched.

Before you select Pitch this list

A campaign is outreach for one client using one media list. Before starting, make sure the client profile explains why that person is a credible guest and that the list contains podcasts you would genuinely consider pitching.

Review podcasts for the selected client

The prior-pitch check happens after you choose a client. That distinction matters: a podcast pitched for one client may still be appropriate for another, while pitching the same show repeatedly for the same client can damage the relationship.

Previously pitched podcasts are excluded by default

Continue with only new podcasts, or deliberately include all podcasts when the context justifies another outreach attempt. Review that choice rather than treating it as a bulk-send shortcut.

Drafting is not sending

The final confirmation creates campaign records and pitch drafts only. It does not send email. Next, the campaign workspace lets you review the drafts, choose or connect the sending mailbox, and launch a schedule.
