Schedule a campaign
Choose a mailbox, sending window, and launch schedule.
Choose how the campaign will send
The sender is chosen after the drafts are created, from the campaign workspace—not in the pitch template or draft-confirmation step. Scheduling turns those reviewed drafts into a sending plan. Select the mailbox, start time, timezone, and available sending window before launching.
- Mailbox
- The connected Gmail or Outlook account that sends the email and receives replies. Podseeker selects it automatically when only one mailbox is connected; otherwise, choose the sender from the campaign schedule.
- Start date and time
- When Podseeker may begin sending the campaign.
- Timezone
- The timezone used to interpret the schedule and sending window.
- Sending window
- The days and hours in which campaign emails may be sent.
Pre-launch check
- Mailbox connected
Resolve a disconnected account before launch.
- Recipients reviewed
Remove contacts that are irrelevant, duplicated, or unsafe to email.
- Dates and timezone
Confirm the displayed local time is what you intend.
- Draft samples
Open several pitches and check facts, links, formatting, and signatures.
What counts toward monthly pitch usage?
Only the initial email to a new podcast counts as a pitch. Follow-ups, scheduled follow-ups, and replies in that conversation do not use additional pitch quota.
After launch
Use the campaign workspace to monitor progress. You can pause the campaign when you need to stop future sends. If a legitimate reply is detected, Podseeker cancels remaining scheduled follow-ups for that conversation so the automated sequence does not continue over the reply.
