Account settings are organized by product
Podseeker keeps shared organization settings together, then separates Podseeker and API settings. The product switcher in the main navigation changes the workspace; it does not create a different account.

Work with teammates
Podseeker members in the same organization can coordinate clients, lists, campaigns, pitches, and activity history. This shared context is what helps a PR team avoid duplicate research and double-pitching.
- Members: invite and manage teammates within the seat allowance of the Podseeker plan.
- All versus Me: use team views for organization-wide work and Me when you want only the records you created.
- Creator: list and outreach views identify who created the work, while campaign context remains shared with the organization.
- Activity history: check lists and pitches before contacting a show so teammates do not repeat outreach accidentally.
Product switching
Select the product name beside the Podseeker icon to switch between Podseeker and API. Podseeker remembers the preference for your user. Signing out clears the active mode so the next sign-in can return to the primary product available on the account.
No access to the selected product?
You can still view the product overview and its plan prompt. Switch back to the product included in your subscription, or open Billing to add access.
Organization context controls access
If you belong to more than one organization or something appears missing, confirm you are signed in with the intended account and organization before recreating clients, lists, or campaigns.
