How Podseeker works

Choose a workflow for research, organization, and outreach.

Start with the database

Podseeker is intentionally flexible. Search for a topic, person, company, or show, then inspect podcast profiles to qualify the opportunity. You do not need to create a client, list, or campaign before you begin researching.

Pitch directly

Found one strong match? Select a client, create a personalized draft, and start an individual pitch conversation.

Save to a media list

Collect a working set when you want to compare targets, collaborate, export them, or prepare coordinated outreach.

Export podcast records

Take podcast and contact data into an external workflow. Exporting is available after you end the free trial and start the paid subscription.

Add client context when you want personalization

A client profile gives Podseeker the context to calculate Client Fit, personalize drafts, provide recommendations, and keep campaign outreach connected to the person you represent. It is not required for database research, lists, or exports.

Records you will see as the workflow grows

These are connected records, not required steps. Use only the parts your current task needs.

Client

The guest, expert, or spokesperson you represent. The profile supplies context for fit scoring and personalization.

Media list

An optional working set of podcasts. Lists can be reviewed, exported, duplicated, archived, and turned into campaigns.

Campaign

Coordinated outreach for one client using one media list. It holds templates, drafts, schedules, progress, and outcomes.

Pitch

The individual outreach conversation with one podcast, including its draft, sent emails, replies, follow-ups, and status.

Lists and campaigns serve different jobs

Use a media list to

  • • Collect and evaluate possible targets
  • • Collaborate before outreach starts
  • • Export a selected group of podcast records
  • • Duplicate or archive research as needed

Use a campaign to

  • • Draft and schedule outreach for one client
  • • See what sent, replied, or needs attention
  • • Send follow-ups from the same thread
  • • Record booked and declined outcomes

Most lists are used once

After a list becomes a campaign, continue the outreach in the campaign workspace. To reuse the research for another client or a fresh campaign, duplicate the list first.
