Media lists
Optionally organize, collaborate on, and export podcast targets.
Use lists when they help your workflow
A media list is an optional organization layer. Add targets from Search, Recommendations, and podcast pages when you want to review a group, collaborate with teammates, export records, or prepare a campaign. You can also pitch an individual podcast directly without building a list first.
List organization
- Me: lists you created. This is the default view.
- All: active lists across your organization, including teammates' work.
- Archived: lists moved out of the active workspace. They can be restored.
- Last activity: moves a list up when its contents or relevant workflow activity changes.
Duplicate
Creates a new, independent list named Original name (Copy) with the same podcasts. It has no campaign relationship to the original.
Archive
Moves the list out of active views and active add-to-list choices. Archiving does not delete podcasts or campaign history.
After a campaign exists
Use View campaign to continue with drafts, sending, replies, and follow-ups. If you want a fresh campaign from similar research, duplicate the list first.
