Usage and limits

Learn what counts toward pitches, exports, and enrichment.

Check your current limits in Account → Usage

Usage is displayed separately for Podseeker and API. The Usage and Billing pages are the source of truth for the subscription, trial, included limits, and overage rules on your organization.

Recommendation usage

Each new podcast recommendation delivered for a client counts once toward the organization's allowance. The first 10 generated with a new client and later sets requested from the recommendation workspace use the same shared allowance. Recommendations that were already delivered remain in the client's history without counting again.

Pitch usage

Each initial email sent to a new podcast counts once toward the monthly pitch allowance. Follow-ups, scheduled follow-ups, and replies within the same conversation are unlimited and do not count as new pitches. Trying a different recipient for the same client and podcast does not create another pitch charge, and a bounced initial email does not count toward the allowance.

Podcast exports

Export selected podcast records to CSV for use in another approved workflow. The monthly allowance is measured in podcast records exported, not the number of CSV files created.

Trial restriction: CSV export is disabled during the Podseeker trial. Start the subscription immediately from Billing when you are ready to export.

Contact enrichment

One user-requested enrichment runs proprietary research for one podcast across official podcast, host, and producer websites, RSS feeds, social profiles, the broader web, and enrichment sources. It looks for direct host and producer emails beyond the podcast emails already available in the database, and it may return multiple people. A result is not guaranteed for every show.

When a campaign draft still has no recipient, Podseeker runs enrichment automatically. Automatic campaign enrichment does not use your organization's user-requested enrichment allowance.

Concierge contact lookup

When technology cannot find a sufficient direct email, request manual research from Podseeker’s data team. Public contact forms and business phone numbers may also remain available as alternative routes. A lookup is a research request and does not guarantee that a contact will be found. Existing contacts in the database remain available without using this allowance.

Podseeker and API are separate products

Podseeker limits cover work performed in the outreach platform. API credits cover programmatic requests and enrichment through the API. An organization may subscribe to either product or both; one product's allowance does not replace the other's.
