Recommendations
Generate, review, and pitch client-matched podcast opportunities.
Recommendations add client-matched opportunities
Podseeker generates the first 10 recommendations when a client is created. This gives you a practical sample for learning the complete workflow: review the matches, create personalized drafts, and schedule the strongest pitches.
When you are ready for more opportunities, open the client's recommendation workspace and choose Get 25 more recommendations. Grow includes up to 200 recommendations per billing period across the organization. Treat each set as a high-fit starting point—not an instruction to pitch every result.
Client recommendations
Review fit before adding or pitching
Review recommendations efficiently
- 1. Confirm the show still publishes. Check activity, recent episodes, and guest format.
- 2. Read the fit context. Decide whether the proposed connection is credible for this client.
- 3. Check contact and audience details. Make sure the opportunity matches campaign priorities.
- 4. Pitch the new recommendations. The bulk action excludes podcasts already pitched for the same client. The complete recommendation history remains visible.
- 5. Mark weak matches Not a fit. They move to the Not a fit tab and can be restored later.
Build on the first set
Request another set
Each request looks for up to 25 new high-fit podcasts that have not already been recommended or pitched for that client. A set may contain fewer than 25 when Podseeker cannot find enough strong new matches.
Keep the complete history
Recommendations stay visible after they are pitched. The main workspace previews the newest matches; View all recommendations opens the complete history, newest first.
Teach Podseeker what to set aside
Mark a weak match Not a fit to move it out of the active set. It remains in the Not a fit view and can be restored later.
Start the next campaign
The pitch action creates a fresh campaign from every active recommendation that has not already been pitched for that client. Existing campaigns and prior conversations remain unchanged.
Recommendation usage is shared by the organization
The first 10 and later sets count toward the organization's recommendation allowance. Check Account → Usage for the current balance and reset date.
Recommendations and Search complement each other
Use Recommendations to discover client-matched opportunities. Use Search to pursue a specific niche, industry, location, audience size, or named show that the recommendation set does not cover.
